Do you Need Screen Guard on Gorilla or Dragontrail Glass?
You do not need to put those cheap looking plastic Screen Guards or Screen Protectors on your Gorilla or Dragontrail glass phone. In normal usage you do not need to worry as these glasses are very difficult to get scratched, and if put screen guard on it then it will totally spoil the look and feel of your phone, because screen guards can be scratched very easily and thereby reduces the visibility of your screen.
Can Gorilla Glass and Dragontrail Glass be Scratched?
It should be clearly noted that the Gorilla and Dragontrail glass are scratch resistant glasses, and not scratch proof glasses. There is a big difference between the words resistant and proof. Resistant means an object has resistance to something to a particular limit i.e. they can withstand something to a particular point. But Proof means that they have almost infinite resistance and cannot be penetrated by a particular thing or object e.g. water proof, fire proof etc.
So it means that both these glasses can withstand scratches or damage to a certain point, but they can be scratched and can be damaged if you drop it from a great height or apply too much pressure with a very pointed object, but in general day to day use and if you are somewhat careful then you do not have anything to worry. Both these glasses can withstand drops and scratches to a great level unless you torture them severely.

I recently broke two phones with dragontrail Glass fairly easily, one fell out of my hand and hit the cement The other fell half that distance and hit asphalt. The second phone had a shatter proof cover but still cracked and quit working. My new phone I opted for gorilla Glass 3. My question is if these two are so similar then is my gorilla glass phone just as bad as the two I just lost, cuz none of them were cheap and I had to sacrifice quality of my phone for a more protective surface. Or so I’m lead to believe.
Gorilla Glass is better than dragontrail glass and it also depends on the angle of falling.

Dragontrail glass is equally as good as Gorilla Glass both in terms of hardness and protection of your Smartphone Screen.

Hi, I have been overwhelmed when i heard the launch of lenovo k3 note a super budget samrtphone under 10k. But sligthly like other cheap samrtphone it has been packed without corning gorilla glass 3 ,but with( ACG dragontrail) not sure. So my worriness is that if i dropped lenovo k3 note does screen break out or will stand alone in one piece. kindly please suggest.
It depends on the surface and the height you drop it from. If you drop it from a decent height on hard or uneven surface at a particular angle then the screen will definitely break. i have purchased LAVA IRIS X8 but i wasnt knowing that it has already got dragontrail glass on it so i went to a mobile shop and he just told me to put a tempered glass on it and as he told i just did exactly the same and he took 300rs from me

It is not compulsory but it is better to have an additional layer of glass protection on your touchscreen because if you accidentally drop your phone on a hard or pointed surface then only the tempered glass screen protector will break and not your touchscreen with dragontrail glass.

It is OK to use tempered glass screen protector on your dragontrail or gorilla glass for additional protection, especially for users who use their phones casually. This is because it will strengthen your screen and if your drop your phone on rough or sharp surface then your underlying dragontrail glass will remain damage free.

If you put a good tempered glass screen protector then you will have almost same performance but if you go for a cheap one then it will affect your touch screen performance (touch sensitivity, multi touch)

From these three i would advise you get Lenovo K4 Note because of the following reasons:
Lenovo K4 Note – Nice phone with great features and build quality. Lenovo is a trustable brand.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 – not available in india right now, expensive (around 17k), service centre issues
LeEco Le 1S – new brand and that too chinese, has heating issues, service centre issues, not up-gradable to marshmallow, software issues.
At first i fell in love with k4 note because it was a trusted company ,it got theatermax technology,dolby atmos speakers and a fingerprint scanner.. But when i found out that Redmi note3 got the better battery backup, high end gaming support,better camera and a stuning processor i decided to go for it…
But the pricing of tht piece is the main problem here. I cked its pricing in KSA, UAE and found that it costs around ₹22k and ₹10k respectevely. Anad its original price in china shos that it only costs ₹11k.
Whats all about this?… I dreamed about that phone because it was cheap and reliable (?)
Redmi Note 3 is definitely better than K4 note but its pricing and availability is an issue. I recommend you get it from India only whenever released.

Well K4 note has 1.3 GHz Mediatek Octacore processor which is quite decent and is capable of handling any HD Game and heavy application. It might not be as good enough as its snapdragon counterpart but it is sufficient. Slight Heating issue is there but it is common in all present generation of android phones if use them continuously. VR headset may strain your eyes but it also depends on person to person. At last you are free to disturb me anytime so keep asking if are having some doubt.
Sir I am having YU YUNIQUE which comes with CORNING GORILLA GLASS 3 can you please tell me that in comparing the CORNING GORILLA GLASS 3 AND DRAGONTRAIL GLASS, which glass is much strongest, toughest, and not easily breakable glass???

If we compare both then Gorilla Glass 3 is a bit better than Dragontrail Glass. Yu Unique is a decent mobile in the low price segment.

InnJoo Max 2 does have screen protection as Dragontrail Glass. InnJoo Max 2 plus has bigger screen. That is the only difference between the two. All phones heats up a little bit nowadays but i think overheating is not there in this phone.

draggontrail is not good in terms of scratch resistance compared to gorilla glass 3.
i have a lumia 730 and meizu m2. lumia has the gorilla glass and meizu m2 draggon tail glass. many visible scratched has appeared in the meizu m2 which i have been using for the last 6 months. my personal opinion is not to go with dragontrail glass or use a screen guard with it..
